Return and Refund

At Lifwel, we ensure that every order reaches you in proper condition. If your order is in transit, and you wish to raise any concern, you must inform us immediately through email so that we can assist you on time. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, and returns or refunds will only be accepted under specific conditions such as product damage, leakage, or wrong product delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must share clear proof in the form of product images along with the outer packaging either through our official WhatsApp number or via our official email. After verification, we will process your request accordingly.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to your UPI ID within 20 days of confirmation.
For online prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Refund or replacement will be provided only after our quality team verifies the issue. This policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for all Lifwel customers.
