Transactions, transaction price, and all related commercial terms such as delivery and dispatch of products and/or services are principal-to-principal, bipartite contractual obligations between the buyer and Lifwel, under which Lifwel operates. By providing this payment facility, Lifwel does not act as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity with respect to any transaction or transaction amount.
